Damn, I feel like no one skates out here anymore. Everyone just rides their fixed gears and stuff. Sucks...=/
Few of my friends quit skating to ride their fixies everywhere. They're fun but not enough to quit skating
wow. sounds awesome
fcuk fixies. wackest trend ever. my friend who used to skate really really good is a fixie nut now. i don't get it
Yeah, my friend that I use to skate with everyday rides now. He was just getting pretty good too and he was basically the only person I could actually depend on to always be down to skate. But yeah, I think the bikes are a good way of transportation, seeing as they can go pretty fast and require no gas, but like you said, not enough to quit skating for.
especially when you have been skating for a substantial amount of time. like i ride bikes as a form of transport, but i don't see any aspect of it appealing enough as a form of recreation to make me give up skating for it.
but to each their own i guess
Exactly. Its totally understandable. Even if you did wanna do all the tricks on their and stuff. I personally just don't see how, for someone who loves skating so much, you can just toss that aside for something that really doesn't have even close to the same amount of variety skateboarding gives you. You just do flat ground things, bomb hills, and jump off little stairs. 3 things skateboarding has. But like you said, to each their own.
By the way, I love the avatar. That movie is helllla funny.

Should I make a thread that all custom shoes go to? Because I'm tired of all these threads with custom shoes. It makes it un-organized. Get back at me. _________________ LISTINGS: Purple Pigeons 10
yea but that doesn't really interest me. no matter how good someone is, if they make skating look boring, its not gonna appeal to me. _________________ Sell me your vintage nike runners!
