| Hi, I submitted a ticket well over 2 weeks ago and never got a response and I also submitted a change of address a month ago but didnt get a response to that or recieve my latest issue, who should i contact to get this resolved since solenoise is not working for me? |

i believe they will send you an email stating that your subscription is about to expire and give you the option to renew |
Thanks my man. I'm just worried because they haven't even sent me a courtesy email about my subscription question.
