Will I ever get an answer, who do I have to PM to get some kind of answers. Obviously the solenoise does not work I want an answer. I just want to know when I need to re-up my subscription. No offense but this is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had

Yea... you guys sent me 3 of the same magazine (Issue 27). Will this cut down other months? Dude, I re-subscribed like 2 weeks ago and you guys sent me 3 of them. Please PM me to resolve this.

ok...ive submitted 2 tickets and I ordered the penny issue on January 4th....Its now April 19th and I still havent got anything back from you guys or my magazine. now im 3 magazines behind and really bumming alot. can someone please get back to me????

this exact thing happened to me too! I am not mad, because i love SC, but I wonder if it will happen again...

How to you guys get the "SC Subscriber" Tag?

I have tried to call and I have tried solenoise. I did not get the last 2 mags 26&27. I just want an answer on how I can get my missing mags. Yes I do have a subscription.

I'm contemplating ordering a subscription and several back issues, but I've noticed that delivery charges are prohibitively high. I live in Chicago and a delivery charge equal to half the merchandise total on my order seems completely absurd. Is this normal?

Also, from browsing the forums, numerous subscribers have had problems getting their issues in a timely fashion and it's difficult to get in touch with customer service, which seems unprofessional. I've tried to contact customer support through phone & e-mail, without luck. What gives?
