You have a knack for finding anime with extreme detail huh? If only those were the mainstream kind and not the type that is rare to find.
BTW, watched Karas, and it really was awesome. But I'm at a block, don't really know what else to watch anymore. _________________

yessir did u watch the movie though dude? I wanna read the manga for it. I heard Makoto expanded more on Voices of a Distant Star on it. |
Really? I'll look into that for sure. I wonder why this thread isn't as booming as the single-anime oriented ones, I kind of like to see various anime's, the more exposed to different kinds the better IMO.
As of recent, I've been watching Samurai 7, It's alright, I don't really know how to evaluate it because I have mixed feelings, although it is a good anime. Guess time will tell _________________

Word I feel you dude. I wish more people would contribute as well. It would be cool to see suggestions and thoughts on other animes so I'll just keep trying to contribute for the mean time. I guess there's no REAL anime heads on ISS lol all they watch is the mainstream lol. but if they took time to look around, there are REALLY good shows. _________________

Dude, I finished Samurai 7 today around lunchtime, It was a tear jerker at the end
One of the characters, pardon me if I spoil it, but his name was Kikunoji, If you watch the anime you'd understand how great his death was. It was one of the saddest scenes of greatness I've ever seen.
Aside from that, I hope Voices of a Distant Star isn't a super tear jerker, that'll be the end of me. hahaha _________________

A team would be nice, but since there are a lot of single powerhouse anime threads out there, if this one works to spread various anime, such as a way for others to learn about other anime out there, then that would be awesome too. And I would rate Samurai 7, for its 26 episodes, about 7-7.5 out of 10, but in all leniency, it gets a bonus, for some odd reason I kept watching it, so thanks to the character development, 8-8.3. If you study it you'll see why haha.
