I already know how to sea glow but how do I take off the the extra glue That held the shoe together before ? Peep the picture up top and the mid soles are pretty dirty I tried to scrub it down with water and ssoap any suggestions ?

Heat reactivates the glues melting point, pretty simple stuff.

Most use rubber bands or baller bands.
I will be unveiling another method this week. I'm not sure if anyone is really aware of it other than me and few Sneaker Doctors..

Right On...I got a bunch of those

Once you blow dry the glue it will become soft and stringy, you should be able to scrape or peel it off.

okay does that apply to the shoe itself as well? not just the sole and i was thinking about using adhesive remover to just scrub off the glue is that a bad idea?

Adhesive remover will work just fine! I have always heated it and scraped, but I have heard adhesive remover works fine.

Would opening up the "pores" using heat, of a yellowed midsole lead to more efficient seaglowing?

i have another question, whats a good way to remove glue that in on the patent leather of 11s? (previous owner tried to reglue the soles, but did a horrible and messy job and got it all over the patent leather) what should i use to get rid of it?

let it sit in the sun and scrape it off?
use alchohol to scrub it down?
use adhesive remover to remove the glue?

idk i heard about alot of these ways, but idk if they're safe for the patent leather lmk sneak doctors! Thanks

edit: i know your gunna ask for pictures lol

Use Q-Tips and acetone, you need to be careful here as the acetone will damage the PL if you use too much or if you let it sit on the PL. Use this process at your own discretion, if you do not feel comfortable doing this use a toned down version of acetone, such as nail polish or alcohol, it will take longer but will give the same result. No more questions about removing glue Very Happy Laughing Just Kidding!
