Nope, I wouldn't advice not enabling WPA/WPA2/WEP if you're using wireless so that your signals are encrypted.

ok i have a question, if a computer has malware or a virus, wouldnt it affect the system as a whole, meaning other programs like photoshop, word, excel, etc will slow down or crash aswell?.....i ask this because every program on my mac is running smooth, except freaking safari, a page loads halfway and doesnt finish loading....it just freezes...could it be my internet connection??...im connected directly thru an ethernet cable.....however when i do a diagnostics check on my network it says that my connection is fine.....im confused...

Just got a few viruses on my computer yesterday 
I've manged to take almos all of them off..
What I had was 'lsass.exe' and Braviax.
Also, I gota new netbook because of the virus. Geek Squad had told me the virus was so severe, I would have to restore my computer. However, I bought a netbook, did some research and fied it myself. Saved me $199.00!!! I'm only 16 years old and I'm proud of myself!
By the way, CCleaner is a VERY good prgram to have on your computer as we'll as ComboFix and Malware-Antibytes! Same with Norton Security but you have to pay for that. However, today I was on my netbook and it came with a free Norton Security subscription and I was alerted that Norton had prevented 2 Virus's from getting to my computer named braviax. Glad to see Norton works! Thanks for the websites 'teh_kirby'!!!!!
