Because they probably pay about $50 bux if that per shoe. Imagine how much Footlocker, Eastbay, etc are paying per shoe since they order in BULK.
And Imagine how much money, let say, Pickyourshoes.com, are making when they are JACKING up the prices on some shoes they have for sale.

no problems for me either. i also agree with the prices trbo it makes sense...a skate shop that my friend owns in my town does that also.

Hopefully they've straightened out. I haven't heard any complaints about them from people here that bought from them recently.
BTW, do the Chaos fit like the HD's, sizing wise?

I find it that if you have a narrow foot its ture to size but if your foot is wide go a half size up...would that be a safe assumption? My foot is wide so I went a size up and they fit fine....
