How much rest do muscles need?
Right now I'm working out evryday

If you work out everyday.... THEN WHY IS THERE ONLY A 2 DAY SPLIT. Not only that, but chest and back on one day/ Arms, shoulder & legs in one day? You're not having a full days rest?!?! THEN SPLIT UP YOUR MUSCLE GROUPS. It's not that complicated. |
It's because that's the whole workout schedule. when I'm done with arms shoulders and legs I start over and I go to chest and back .
I'm not having a full day rest for ALL my muscles at once I'm only resting the muscles I work out the next day. |
Well do what want. But as far as the Mass XXX and MXXXAMP, the amp has creatine in it. Maybe alot more shit, but I'm not totally sure. What are you trying to do? |

I'm trying to gain weight. I'm 130-135 I think I dnt trust my scale at home
I just bought wheybolic extreme 60 cuhz the dude said it's more effective than mass xxx and said I shudnt need mass xxx amp cuhz that's for bigger guys tryna get bigger. I'm jst tryna get some more weight on me.
I heard GNC isn't gonna carry mass xxx or wheybolic xtreme60. So which weightgainer should I get into?

in order to lose weight you gotta burn more calories than your taking in. Theres a few things you can do at home while your not at the gym or engaged in some sort of exercise.
1) Monitor your food intake. Stay away from foods high in Carbs and sugar. I'm sure theres something online that can tell you what your daily allowance of carb intake should be.
2) Eat small frequent meals 4-5 thru out the day. Eg. morning (1 slice of toast with a boiled egg 2) fruit like banana or apple 3)lunch half a sandwhich with a side salad. 4) protein bar or handfull of trail mix 5) dinner - grilled 4 oz grilled fish or chicken breast with salad or steamed vegetable.

To lose weight, as state above calories vs calories in. With that being said, you still need the proper fuel in order to kill it in the gym. Make sure that each meal consists of protein (e.g. eggs, fish, chicken, protein shakes). Do not be tricked by thinking a fried chicken sandwich is healthy. Stay away from fried and go with grilled, no mayo or any sauce. Also include vegetables in you diet as well. Hope that helps with the diet part. |

I can start off by saying.. You dont necessarily have to eat less.. Eat clean. Eat small frequent meals, make your metabolism constantly work. Cut out some carbs, and some fats. But you dont HAVE TO cut them completely out. _________________

Mass XXX AMP is a weight gainer with more calories and added shit. So whoever told you that it wasn't what you needed was somewhat wrong.

Hey, I have swimming class every morning at like 8:25. Sometimes I over sleep and I don't make time to eat any breakfast. If this is the case, should I eat more at dinner or should I eat something small in the morning whether it be bread and a fruit?
I sometimes get stomach aches if I eat before I swim. If that's the case, how long should I wait before I exercise?
Also, what's your guys opinion with all those drinks such as Odwalla, Naked, ect? _________________

you should always eat something in the morning. if i had to choose one meal to skip and it would be dinner. i dont recommend skipping meals but your first few meals of hte day are the most important. if you get a stomach ache it usually means your food isnt being digested quick enough...i would eat earlier...theres no specific timetable to wait...usually depends on what you ate.
as for the drinks....as long as its 100% juice....then its ok in my book. |

yeah I got a sample of most of the controlled labs lineup this past weekend, green mag+white flood was amazing! I felt like I could go for for another hour when I left the gym, it definately gives you the best pump out of all the products I've tried (Shock Therapy, NO-Xplode, SP250). I've heard good things about plasmajet too, but it seems like a hastle to use it lol Id rather just mix, drink, and go.

NO-Xplode is good, but I build a tolerance to it really fast. They recently reformulated it, and it comes in little pouches like crystal light now.
I'm actually trying not to use anymore supplements other than protein and possibly creatine, I only use NO when I plateau or just can't seem to get a good workout for awhile. I've lost so much muscle mass since I've been busy with school and can rarely get to the gym now that shirts that used to fit a bit slim are now baggy I'm determined to get back to where I was if not better over Christmas break!  _________________

What's the best method to achieve a better figure, from the waist up then?
Because that's my biggest "problem" and what I want to have changed ASAP.
I do something in-between jogging and running for half an hour.
Is it a big mistake to work out every part of my body a day? |
