From the looks of it i'm planning to finish the marathon hopefully in under 4 hours. I jog at a pace of 6.5 throughout the whole way sometimes 6.8 but i usually go back to 6.5 and if something seems to hurt i go to 6.2. I average 6 miles in about 55 minutes. _________________

NO still works good for me, I can feel it wear off little by little though.
Redline is a good thing too.
Its a liquid and you only need 4 oz. (comes in 8 oz bottles)
As for those who stopped using NO-Xplode.
You guys that you're suppose to use it for about 6 weeks, stop using it for 6 weeks, and then start up again so your body doesn't build up a tolerance.
If you do it right like you're suppose to, theres real no reason to hop off a pre-workout supp that works effectively. |
yeah, NO-Xplode still works for me, but its a bit out of my price range this time around so I thought I'd try out a new product. I should be getting my Xtend and Shock Therapy tomorrow, can't wait to try them out | You gotta find the good deals son! lol
I got one of mine on GNC.com when they were having a sale and got it the NO and a mixer for under 40 shipped.
| Ray_Ray2433 wrote: | For those of you who take protein shakes, do you usually take it during the workout? As in taking sips every couple of lifts?
Or do you take the whole shake after your whole workout is completed?
I'd like to know so i can make the best out of my shakes, thanks in advance. | I always take mine afterwards as well. Though most say take before, after and before you go to sleep. Who the fk can afford that? lol
If you're gonna take once or twice a day, definitely do it after you workout, and if you can, before you sleep. |
lol yeah, I had that GNC gold card, but it was still over priced compared to online lol, I just get them on bb, or prosource. _________________

"better" is in the eye of the beholder.
calorie wise you burn more running/walking than biking
2 miles wont add much to your "thighs" (please be more specific tho, thighs arent a muscle) and they'd probably get cut up, not necessarily bigger. |
mmk so next week im gonna do running/walking during the morning then bike during lunctime/afternoon and ill do it everyday. would that be good for my body? cause my friend said like tire the muscle so it heals up or something. but like i think i read it somewhere that you should rest it for a day like skip workouts |

Heh, hey guys..
My cousin just gave me P90X as a gift..
I'm gonna stop doing the workout I'm doing right now,
and jump right into this.
Any users want to enlighten me:
What should I do to get started? What do I need also to begin?
So far, all I have is the guidebook and the DVD. _________________

listen to this guy. and don't let your ego get in the way, start off light. because most people do more than they can handle and actually do the workout wrong. |

It's basically your BCAA supplement.
BCAA's and glutamine. Helps you recover quicker, maintain gains, helps increase endurance, etc. _________________

Whenever I workout with friends, I see myself doing my reps and not quitting as quickly as I would if I were by myself.
Mostly because I'd catch hell if I quit first or didn't do as many reps and they did |
yea thats true. but you also have the advantage of having a spotter so you have more options when you work out too. |
