for those of you who are not too familiar with the shoe.

i was browsing around here and noticed that there wasnt a sperry thread.
it probably wont appeal to a lot of the people on here but the kicks are hella comfy and great if you're just tryna wear something casual to chill in.
my personal favorite (i got em as a gift but i believe these were bought at J Crew? idk...):
not my pair, but i had this c/w until my dog got to mine and i had to throw em out but im lookin to buy another pair soon.
anyone else like sperry?

Sperry is a classic brand that's been around longer than Nike."Heat" is stupid.Maybe it's because i've outgrown the whole sneaker hype and owning 50+ pairs and keeping them fresh, but I would take a pair of classic colorway sperry's (white,navy or sahara) over some really exclusive Nike Dunk sb's.
I've got a white pair of bahama's and some sahara a/o's that get a lot of wear.Definitely look great with shorts.

sperrys at my local nordstroms rack cost 50 bucks.
a pair of so called "heat" costs a lot more than that.
sperry is a classic shoe that i would rather have than nike any day which is mainly why im selling my shoes at this point, to make room forother kicks.
