Personally, i do not feel it at all.
Maybe to others they do. To some, they don't.
They do help though, so if you are ever uncomfortable, you can always take out the insole.

i just go by the way most people feel/size.

I would say by half a size.
A size 11 shoe with no insole would fit like a 11.5 while a size 11 shoe with double insoles would fit like 10.5.

im traditionally a size 11... i got moneycat mids size 11 that fit me nice, and i got bruts and shoe goos both size 11 which fit comfortably... i got some DS tokyo mids sz 11 and i slipped on one of the shoes and it feels tight around the toebox... should i try to get an 11.5 or will the canvas break down and start to feel more comfortable after a couple wears?

alright heres a tough one.. i have wide feet and when i wear sbs i dont want to have soo many creases everytime i walk and it stretches out the sides. what should i do? make the laces loose or make it tight? i dont kno which is better need major help please

Wide feet is wide feet man. Try decreasers for the toe box tho.

It will feel more comfortable trust me. Just wear it out a little man.
tokyo Mids are actually much better fit than the mc mids.
