I think it happened when he was a little kid, Orochimaru did something that altered the seal and screwed up Naruto's chakra flow until Jariaya fixed it... it has not be mentioned in the anime what Orochimaru was doing to him. |
During the exam when Oroch fought both naruto and sasuke
he did a seal on naruto that caused an in balance of his charka and the kyuubis charka....

| i think kisame is an experiment. just like zetsu. and just like suigetsu. i mean, his chakra is unbelievably high. maybe that was altered as well. just a thought. he's supposed to resemble a shark though. |

m4sk2f4ce, read your post about what we were discussing before, great find man. I had my doubts only because of Kiba's surprised reaction, that's what made me believe it had to have been something else, feel me?
