Dont count on bass from 6x9s........any good brand name will do you just fine.
If you want bass, gotta go subs. _________________

i think since each member of the works thread has a specialty, each member should have thier own thread haha
anyways the pioneer premier series has very good bass and treblefor speakers, my friend has it in his rx8 but it also depends on your head unit too to get the most out of it if you have an equalizer on your hu but you always need a sub to get the best bass _________________

my HU has an equalizer I think.
I dont want to add subs bcuz that would be 50lbs plus of dead weight and my car cant handle that _________________ BUY MY GOODS

Why not just add a 10" or 12" sub in a nice small enclosure.
with a good amp, it wont be that heavy and you'll get just enough bass
also it will be $$$$$$ friendly _________________

only fill up your tank half way and get 1 sub with just a box that should be around 30 lbs so it will equal out
i recommend getting a aftermarket hu if you dont already becuase its unreseaonable to get good speaker first and crappy hu _________________

what do you suggest. i was gonna get Alpine Type S but its gonna be a lot no matter what I choose
and Allan, I do hav an aftermarket HU. I turn up the bass so my stock speakers are almost done. _________________ BUY MY GOODS
