^ theres no use of having an ipod touch and no phone. unless you think music > communication. if you said iphone and hero in one pocket, then i understand. but seriously, do you need a phone or mp3 player when you are in the middle of nowhere.

dump the ipod touch

buy a 16gb card for your hero (it can hold up to 32gb i think)

and your good to go

the hero has a 3.5 headphone jack , so you can use any headphones u want and the sound quality is pretty good

tilt 2 = touch pro2. if you want, just take a look at my phone. its big but its not as thick (to you it might be, but i'm used to Pocket PC) its big in screen size because it allows you to type on screen as well and tilt is design so people can watch videos on their phone and then tilt the screen up sorta like a TV. hit me up and I'll tell you about it


Hey cbb, I was looking up the specs for both of those phones since I'm thinking of upgrading. It seems the only differences according to the HTC website is the battery life.

tilt 2 (GSM)
Talk Time - 450 mins
Standby Time - 475 hrs

touch pro 2 (GSM)
Talk Time - 510 mins
Standby Time - 500 hours

Is there anything else that is notably different between the two? Thanks Very Happy

For the people using WM, what browser are you using?
I typically use Skyfire but I just started using Opera Mobile 9.7 and I really like it. So far I haven't gotten the checkboard lag. I'm not a fan of the homepage, not sure if I can change it or, I havent checked yet.
