i'm not sure if there's anything around that area. but one thing you can do is search on craigslist because i know a lot of cell phone repair shop in LA. also, google is very helpful. just search something like "cellphone repain in (your location)" and a lot of results will pop up. usually, they are pretty legit if they have a website and contact number.
ps. have you tried calling HTC and telling them about the problem? sometime, they give free replacement or maybe its still under warranty

I figured out my stupid outlook problem, thanks for all the help cbbplantet.
Now my red end button light doesn't light up, and HTC is making me mail it to them in Houston before they can tell me if it's under warranty or not. Very stupid, but I am mailing it out tomorrow then new rom for me!!!

^you must be complicating yourself.
Its really simple, download Kaiser-HardSPL-3.56 and after you've made sure your Activesync connection is green, click and run KaiserCustomRUU. That's it, all it says is to read some nonsense and make sure your battery is above %50 and it goes right through.
If you still don't get it I'll downgrade my SPL and make a vid of me reflashing the newer SPL.

Thanks I'll def try that later tonight, that is really the best answer I have received so far.

I tried doing it several times again, only to get the same result. But it's not that big of a deal, I rather not put you through all that trouble. You think there is a possibility I've done something with my phone that I'm not realizing, so maybe I should do a hard rest and try flashing it?

im not sure if this is the same for kaiser, but for wing, if your SPL number is too new, then you can't hard-spl it. hmm make a post in xda and see if anyone can help you there. sry, don't have a kaiser =/ PM emperor, he seems to know a lot about the phone.
