they are pretty much the same, except their is a sligt difference in the colour of the red used.
The 2008s being closer to a salmon pink than a red, were the 2005 are very much a red, but they are close. |

^SC version is leather, which tend to crack. they released in 1997 if i remember right.
ofcourse the OG is more valuable.
the seller's bin is pushing the limit for those, especially with a $45 shipping 
ive seen pairs barely reach 130-150(and thats including shipping)

The NBA brand was made by Converse. Converse was the official shoe of the NBA for like a thousands years. They are definitely not Nike. They are very rare, but not worth that much.
