They are fake fake fake. Scream Green was only retroed once and that was in 2000 with nylon toe box.
The green neoprene on the fakes is acctually closer to the OG's shade then Nikes own retro 
Here is comparision, OG on the left and Retro on the right;

yeah thats what i was thinking, i had some nylon toes from the FL 04 drop,
havent seen fake LEs up to now ,but there you go...
