Enflip is correct. 48" is for lows and 54" is for highs.

I would go up to an 11.5 in Hunters.
Lows fit a 'tad' smaller in general, and then both Hunters and Pusheads have a thicker lining (same as P-Rod 2's) which causes them to fit a bit smaller still.
