Chapter wasn't too great.. Too much talking and no action 
It's good to see that Shinji and the vizards are taking Ichigo's side lol.. And Ichigo's side is basically soul societies side.. lol..
Hold tight - The thought that IIshin let go of his powers to fall in love with a human could be a possibility.. A good possibility at that.. Lots of shows/movies have a plot about someone giving up something to be with the person they love.. I think that's the reason why he lost his powers.. But why did he keep it a secret from Ichigo?

Eljay - I think the reason Isshin lost his powers/or more like sealed, was because it may had something to do with the gigai Urahara made for him. And the reason for keeping a secret from Ichigo was maybe perhaps he didn't want his son to get caught up in the whole SS/Shinigami conflict, and also knowing that Ichigo had a tough time realizing ghosts from humans when he was just a kid. Although there are many possibilities for Isshin alone on his exile, but what also makes a huge impact is Masaki Kurosaki. Maybe she was an ex shinigami much like Isshin both escaped to the real world in order to elope and hide the past. Still just a possibility...

Well for the Masaki Kurosaki case, theres one conflict i see there. she was killed by grand fisher when ichigo was but a little boy. if she was indeed at shinigami, she wouldve fought off that hollow for a bit or just save ichigo with shunpo like any shinigami would, he wouldnt notice at all imo.
and eljay : remember, fathers are protective of their children, its not easy keeping your rank and leading a family, especially when hollows are out to get stronger and seek strong souls to devour. somewhere along the line isshin might have given up his powers to leave all traces behind, lead the family without constantly being bothered.
at another glance, uraharas gigai did take Rukias powers when she first used it remember? took a while for hers to come back, now lets say that isshin kurosakis gigai is that from 100 or 200 years prior or before the Vizards set of gigai, there may have been no way to get him out of that gigai and since it may as well have been one of the first, it may have had a rukia effect and had his powers sealed within the gigai or taken away, up until the recents where he got his powers back. there can only be speculation and only time can tell.

Rukia lost her powers because she gave them to Ichigo. I really don't think it had anything to do with the gigai, that would be too lame. Plus, I'm pretty sure you can't use your powers in the gigais what so ever, i.e. Ichigo and Kon....modified souls etc.

Yea, but rememember after she lost them she commented on her powers at a point saying "I should have had them back by now" something along those lines because afterwords she went and complained to urahara. Not saying that's def what happened but it'd be an open possibility if the gigai interfered with a shinigamis powers and getting them back unless ichiho did just completely take all of her power period.

i just hate we can only get a chapter a week, i am so ready to see the vizards fight, but i hope there are no more fillers just action and anwsers everybody has some good theories in here but i just want to see some action and i just want ichigo to finally realize his potential, and i really don't think ichigo is on the side of soul society, he just wants to save inoue and his family, soul society turned their backs on him every chance they can so i think he is just fighting to protect his family and friends and his home not soul society at least that is how i feel but this is getting good

Hisagi, breathing faintly, stares at Kensei.
Hirako says there are people from the gotei 13 he wanted greet after such a long time, but not everyone is there.
Lisa silently goes over to Kyouraku.
She steps on his head and asks how long he's going to pretend he's dead. Then she presses down with her foot.
Kyouraku tells her she's gotten pretty in the time he hasn't seen her. She kicks him away in disgust.
Kyouraku: "I'm glad your healthy!" "Fool!" "...Really..." (Seems like they're talking about the past?)
Hirako go to Yama-jii and asks if he's let go of his past grudge. To Aizen he says matters are different with him.
Hacchi creates a barrier room(?)
The 1st Division VC looks at it and finally goes in. At first he's hesitant, but then goes in to watch the progress of the battle.
Yama-jii asks if he can consider them allies.
"We are not your allies. We are Aizen's enemies. In truth, we're Ichigo's allies." He returns to the vizards.
WW screams and a large number of gillians come out of Superchunky's mouth.
The vizards all don their masks.
Rose's is like a bird. Love's is like a demon/ogre. Lisa's has a cross in it. Hacchi's is like Nel's fraccion with the big face.
Tousen, Gin and Aizen are surprised by Hirako's appearance.
Surprised Yama-jii asks, "Are you our allies?" and gets the answer (from Hirako judging by the kansai))), "We're Ichigo's allies"
Lisa goes to Kyouraku's side and is relieved to see that he's ok.
Wonderwise shouts and Gin says, "Wht a strange child. I don't like him".
Tousen answers, "Be quiet and just watch".
Lotsa Gillians appear.
Hirako and others put on their masks and prepare to fight.

yea it does make sense since arrancar originate from hollows. i just thought ichigo became an arrancar cuz of the hole and the dramatic increase in power that could match up against ulquiorra or whatever his names spelt haha
