I have. They have really good service. They are also very knowledgeable.

I have, went there with my fixed gear bike hoping to get it
some new parts but the guy kept on bragging about how I
needed to get a helmet and whatnot.. I mean it's fine that you
care but he kept on going on and on about it..I left the store frustrated. SMH

EDIT: one of the ladies that work there
is nice though.

I hate that shop.
Its always crowded.
Kinda pricey
parts for fixies are ripp off idk not much inventory either.
Hella small shop but its only 3 blocks away from my house so whatever

Throw anything you want on your bike.
B43s are heavy, but that wouldn't matter cause I doubt you'd take it to the velo.

They are not pricey compared to other shops i've been to. They are really nice and are willing to not make money to make a costumer happy. They are building me a wheelset which they sold me the hoops for retail and not marked up. Also they will be giving me a discount since im getting everything from them except for the hubs i provided. They also opened a Mavic account just for me so i can have open pros. I say they are a great shop and willing to do anything for their costumers. You just mad that you go at wrong times and haz no moneyz
