browser is better on the iphone. its more smooth, and zoom is easier with their "patented" pinch and expand function. though im not sure how smooth browsing is on newer android phones.
keyboard is better on the g1, because its a physical keyboard. although i hear very good things about the iphones on screen keyboard, i still prefer physical keys to any on screen keyboard.
and tmob's unlimited internet/data plan is cheaper than the iphones. although at&t's 3g network is bigger than tmobile's.
i recommend going to both stores, mess with them for a good minute, then decide. its probably alot better than reading about it.

well I've heard some good things about androids web browser, it's just different.
I also prefer a physical keyboard. My only concern is the feel, some say it's too flush. And the right side is annoying because it sticks out? What do u thnk?

Personally I hated that the G1 battery dies sooo fast I'm talkin like it died in less than 5 hours tops and I didn't even touch the phone. Idk if google fixed the battery life or not, but that's why I left the G1 to get the iPhone. Now I can run a day & a half without charging my iPhone. Jus my 3 cents tho

physical keyboard on the g1 is alright. it is a little more flush than a sk, but you get used to it. same thing with the thing on the right, you get used to it. it did feel awkward at first for me, but after about a week it was no biggie.
but yea, talk time/standby time isnt as great as an iphone. so if your on your phone alot, id go with the iphone.

^^ So true. I have the G1, I like it but you know it could have improvments. PLUS, iPhone is on its 3rd gen. so they do have an advantage. The keyboard is great and the thing is. The on screen keyboard isn't as sensitive as iPhone's. Which sucks. Either way, I still like my G1.

The Motorola cliq seems to be a good addition to the android phones. Keyboard is good, battery life isn't. It's like a better sidekick I've heard.
Too bad it's 400 w/o contract. 
the next gen G1 should be a big improvement.
