29 points in the 4th quarter. 2 off the NBA record and it doesn't even get a mention in here.

Laughing If it was LeBron this thread would be at 200 pages by now.

Dirk went off. The points were obviously great but he had great all around stats. 11 boards, 5 assists, and an impressive 0 turnovers.

The previous holder for the Mavs was Mark Aguire with 24. Wilt holds the NBA record with 31.

Sasha Vujacic dating Maria Sharapova?

Lakers Sasha Vujacic would neither confirm nor deny reports that he is dating tennis superstar Maria Sharapova.

Bill Walton retires from broadcasting

One of the most recognizable voices in NBA broadcasting is stepping away from the mic.

ESPN NBA analyst Bill Walton, plagued by back issues over the past two years, is retiring from broadcasting. Walton, who joined ESPN/ABC in '02 after a long tenure with NBC, had not appeared on ESPN since early last season.

Prior to the 2007-08 season, Walton was named the lead studio analyst for the NBA on ESPN and ABC. However, back problems in early 2008 kept him off the air until late in the NBA Finals -- when he appeared only as a guest analyst.

Sad

Damn Sad Bill and Ralph Lawler were the funniest broadcast team of all time.

AMEN!!
