So liiiike, I tried on the LBJ7's for the first time and they are wide!
I love the feeling in them though, and i think i'd have a good time playing ball with them. the white/black/red GR is way better than the white/red.
but anyways, i really can't wait to try them on the court. I didn't buy a pair but i'm going to double up on the RC's. But i went a 1/2 size down and they fit well. I should try on the 10.5 though (my actual size).
However they did feel a little stiff. it's a MUST to break them in. After trying them on, I got a good feeling that i'll cop a few more CW's of this shoe. MAYBE.
two pairs of Red Carpets would do it for me.

how limited will the red carpets be on dec 3rd?
will all footlockers have them?
will i have to camp out?
i have a final that morning and am planning if possible to cop a pair after class that afternoon if possible |

1 - It is broadly available, so don't rush. There are people on Sole Collector here that can help you out in case you miss out.
2 - SOME Foot Lockers will have them.

You mean the "Phantom" Black/black editions? No, those will be general release. Front page has details on the types of releases of each colorways unless specified that there's no information as of now. |

The Flywire-Free designs are inferior, in my opinon.
I think they should stick to patented leather. These shoes look very mediocre without the patented leather. The white/red would've actually been okay if it had flywire with a patented red leather toe box.
The only other colorway that looks worthy of a purchase (besides the original), seems like the BLACK/NEON GREEN. Other than that, the white/gold and NY colorway look like crap. The teal colorway is alright, but what are you gonna match that with... and the white/green was okay, but nothing to die for. Phantoms are plain Jane. The White/Black/Gold is okay, but feels a little boring.

Pathetic to think the BLACK/RED knockoffs look better than all of these other colorways brought to us by Nike.
Pretty disappointing so far. Hope Kobe VI comes up with some better colorways. |
Thats sad when a fake looks hotter than a legit pair smh......

| None of my footlockers in south Florida are getting the red carpets in which sucks, one person on the phone even told me they were exclusive to finishline which I know is bull, sucks to have to deal with such incompotence |

As you guys know, there are three other colorways that has been revealed to release next year: the NFW white/red, the black/white/gold, and the black/altitude green (or neon green, whichever you prefer). I'm thinking from the pattern that we have seen thus far, each month released a General Release and a Limited Edition shoe. October released the LeBron VII black/white/red for GR, and "Moon Cake" white/gold LeBron VII's for LR (limited release), November released the LeBron VII black/white/glass blue "Red Carpet" editions as a LR, and navy/white for GR. In the next month, we are expecting the all-black "Phantom" edition to release as a GR, and if any information regarding a limited release comes out, it will be updated to everyone. So beginning with January, the black/white/gold may release, the NFW white/red for February, and black/green for March possibly. |

i'm in small town indiana and i'd like to cop those red carpets, but i know we wont get them. any reasonably priced help would be appreciated. thanks. |
