Since the Red Carpets dont coincide with the Cav's uni's....does LeBron get fined for wearing these shoes or any other Lebron (non-cavs colored) colorway?

Doubt it, LeBron is the NBA's baby, that isn't happening.

thats crazy if so.
i remember reading somewhere that there is a uniform code saying the shoes have to match team uni's. The only exception was the all star game/all star game festivities.

Man the RC's in my opinion ain't that preatty with those Red Laces,the contrast isn't that nice IMO.
It is a fresh look,but I can't imagine my self rocking something like that...
