first one is a bit underexposed.
second one is better but still not at it's highest potential.

from looking over you're flickr details of the picture, you may want to bump up the iso a bit. not too much because obviously you would get alot of noise. also there's no need for the shutter to be at 250 for pictures like those. lower it so you would get better lighting. id say set your shutter at 100 - 200 give or take. i dont know what lens you're using because it does not state but im guessing the aperture at 5.6 is at is lowest with the focal length of 300mm so i'm not going to mess with that. to sum it up, bump up the iso by a little bit and lower shutter speed by a tad bit and you're good to go. Thumbs Up

The first one is decent but I don't like the vignetting and the second one is not focused properly and also I'd do without the vignetting as well.
