what jobs do you recommend, im kinda interested in goin into the medical field but i think it'd be tough to get into since a lot of people want to be in the medical field.

Can somebody rank in terms of personal opinion which one of the services is best to least?
As in, what really are the major differences between the branches?

It's personal preference and that's really all there is to it when it comes to what is "best"
There are huge differences in all 4
Navy- Ships, Oceans, Airplanes, Drinking, Fighting Marines  , Tattoos, Alot of cursing, Port Visits To Other Countries, Deployments being alot like a skid bid prison sentence, Gayest Dress Uniform in US military history  ...
Marines - Bad Haircuts (  ), Lots of running, Strictest military bearing, shooting at people, more running, discipline, Dress Uniform worn perfectly to a "T" but doesn't match  ,oh and some pull ups to
Army - Biggest branch, shooting at people, digging trenches, has bookoo jobs and throws out ALOT of money to get you to join,tanks, made fun of by Marines for being "soldiers",
AirForce - Has alot of fine ass women, very technical jobs, hardest to get into (except for maybe the Coast Guard? ) Very good at World Of WarCraft, Diablo,COD4, Doom, Golf, Volley Ball,and other recreational activities due to not doing a damn thing but chillin and polishing their entire shoes and boots all day! 
Coast Guard - well you see them at the public pool normally blowing that whistle thingy if you get to far out into the deep end! haha
Naw they are alot like the Navy only on a much smaller scale...They do ALOT of drug ops catchin papi trying to get them thangs across the Atlantic into the US....They also save ya stupid ass when you don't listen to how rough the seas are and you take your dumb ass out on a trip in your hardly sea worthy boat and the thing cap sizes into the ocean...
We all have Special Forces and all kinds of other shit...you'd need to be more specific on what you want to do and expect for us to break it down to you though..It ain't really a whole lot we don't and can't do.

It's and Aviation boatswain Mate..they work on the Flight Deck of big Ships like Aircraft Carriers and are responsible for the conditions of it making it safe for Fighter Jets and other aircraft to land and launch and some other things. My n*gga your in for some long days and nights...It's DEFINITELY a laborious job.

I've had the chance to work with the U.S army both reserve national guard and the regular force dudes i'm impressed with the reg force army dudes but the national guard did not impress me at all but i did take into consideration that they were guys who were just thrown back into the military out of there civilian lives and who are going too jobs they weren't meant to ever do like cooks being infantry. But anyways i say Air Force is a good go if you wanna relax and do nothing but if u like getting into shit and your hands on join the Army or Marine corps but i mean all branches can be very hands on depending on what trade you attach yourself too

What do they do with you then?

My man if you have a mental break down (and can prove it...alot of people try to play crazy...especially just in and right out of boot camp ) Then you are discharged with no penalty...and depending on how long you've been in and what happened to you you get your benefits and possibly disability.
Some people get rehabbed and come back tho.
