I've been meaning to contribute on the photography but work and life gets in the way. Can't really bring my gear to work. Good initiative in trying to stary fresh and keep this going. Keep thinking about a different logo as the choices right now aren't any better than the OG IMO.

True, if they do decide to do the Star Wars icons, it won't be the first usergroups icons that people won't get.
The OG's with an "i.F", would suffice in my opinion.

there icons now are just nikon and canon so whats the difference?

I voted option #1, BUT if we did have the OG icon with the big i.F in the middle, I'd say it would be bueno! Experiment with colors on the "i.F" text.

I'm agreeing with the iF members here..
Keep the OG icons, but add your title in there somewhere, somehow..
you guys are good at post processing, 
you should be able to take care of that!
