The majority of us are excited about this retro, others counter "OMG UGLY!!!". AC's were unique and have original style in the line of Nike Cross Trainers in the early '90's. Handful of NFL HOF's rocked these, yet alone the sneaker community...

cannot wait never copp ogs because i was scare ti rock them lol it would of been hard to have such a nice shoe and not rock so yeah... cannot wait getting 2 pairs one to rock like on the dail yand one to just have in my living room and stare at lol these are one of my favorite kicks of all time ..omg iam mad hype i just seen this too lol.

I think this shoe is hypebeast proof.

I don't think hypebeasts would go for a shoe like the Air Carnivores...
I'm 17 years old, and I've only been collecting shoes since February. I was too young to remember a lot of the shoes that were all the rage in the '80s and '90s, but something about them is oh-so-appealing to me. Carnivores, Raids, Flight '89s, Bakins, just to name a few. There's something about these types of older shoes that appeals to me, and although I wish I had lived to own some OG pairs, I wouldn't mind picking up the retros. The hypebeasts can hate all they want and keep on rocking their Jordans and SBs, but to me, real "heat" lies in owning a pair of classic kicks that has an "acquired taste" feeling to it. How I acquired this taste, I don't know, but I sure like it.
