Today i went jogging today, and then it hurt my feet a little bit in my bounce commander 3's , they hurt me around my arch on my left feet, it was like a cutting pain and then it hurt my pinky toe on my right shoe. maybe it's because I haven't broke them in yet. but then again, I went jogging for like 20 minutes yesterday in them and played like 1 game of 3v3 with a few drills. :X |

I will let you know later today. I am balling in them.
I love them though srsly. When I was running I can feel the bounce working it's magic. _________________ "Everything just goes blank, the only thing I see is the man and the goal. Great to hear you like the LT's , and they adjust really well(and if needed a lot) to you as a player, when I first put 'em on, they were really an on your toes, face to the basket kind of shoe, but after 2 wearings, they've adjusted completely to my playing style, I'm a Center, so my back's 2 the basket a lot, and I need to plant my heels a lot, and they accomodate that perfectly now, which was a big surprise really.
It really raises my already hi expectations for the Supernaturals.
And I'd say no, the Bounce are a lot more stable(the Bounce heel is more of a wedge, where the Shox heel is kind of a tulip, and the a3's support your heel and mid-foot, where especially the 4 columns Shox only support the heel), and the balance in the shoe is a lot better(they place the foot similar to normally cushioned sneakers, not at as much of an angle as the Shox), and I believe all Bounce, got a very free ankle(which was a big part of all the official warnings). Also, the Bounce are pretty low to the ground, so it doesn't have any of the controversial features.
It's basically a normal supportive shoe, with great mechanical cushioning(the harder you work 'em, the better it gets).
Still, all the official warnings for Shox, where quite over the top to(I mean every fast paced team sports gets played on your toes, and for the range of problems mentioned, you need a pretty extreme lift of the heel, not just a couple of mm's, and a lot more ankle lockdown than the Shox can give you ), so I wouldn't take 'em too seriously. _________________ TEAM EUROPA |

Dude, seriously the Bounce are good pair of shoes.
I sprained my ankle in VC shox plenty of times. For my bounce Commander I feel safe in them. The strap is good, it's small but its good. And it keeps my feet low to the ground. For once, when I wear a pair of sneakers I feel safe in these. When I first got my lightning creators I was questioning them and then I hurt my ankle. But these my friend, they're good trust me. _________________ "Everything just goes blank, the only thing I see is the man and the goal. I don't see the fans and the other defense. What are the differences between Shox and Bounce |

^Well, they really work for me, so I hope they'll work for you guys too
The difference between Shox, and Bounce:
They started off claiming the same, durable, and lots of, impact protection, and a maximum energy return, and added stability.
These days Shox have let go of the energy return claim though, and basically are known as a durable, maximum impact protection cushioning. And for me the stability is lacking a little(like I said, especially the 4 collumn Shox don't stabilize my mid-foot enough), but that might be my gait.
The Bounce can, because of the different construction, still claim the extra energy return(the 4 a3's in a row, create the momentum), and because it integrated the heel-cup, and the liner, it just gives a more complete coverage, in getting the energy, and guiding it forward, and upward.
And because the heel-cup and liner really center your ankle, and the a3's are a little wider than the heel-cup, they really have a lot more stability. _________________ TEAM EUROPA |

It can also be said that the way that Adidas uses their Bounce tech, allows the foot to remain neutral during the heel toe transition phase. Nike SHOX while adding good cushioning to the heel, does not protect the arch and heel as well as Bounce does during heel strike, and while landing from jumps, IMO. _________________ I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that His justice cannot sleep forever." -
